​The Christian and Missionary Alliance’s (C&MA) Church Advance initiative aims to revitalize and support U.S. churches facing challenges by equipping leaders, assessing church vitality, providing consulting services, and assisting with pastoral transitions.

​PEAK Profile is an assessment tool designed to help churches identify their strengths and areas for growth, enabling them to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. By focusing on organizational health, spiritual formation, and family systems theory, PEAK equips church leaders to lead transformational missions within their communities.

Alliance Peacemaking seeks to transform how the Alliance family addresses conflict by promoting a biblical framework and shared language for resolution. They offer a range of training programs, including Resolving Everyday Conflict, a one-day seminar introducing key peacemaking principles; Conflict Coaching, a two-day seminar that equips leaders to guide others through disputes; and Mediation training, which combines online and in-person learning to prepare individuals to mediate church conflicts.

​The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a workplace personality assessment offered by Crucial Learning that provides insights into individual motivations and behaviors, both during normal conditions and under stress. It encompasses four perspectives: the Motivational Value System (MVS), which identifies core drivers during favorable situations; the Conflict Sequence, illustrating shifts in motivation during conflict; the Strengths Portrait, highlighting preferred behaviors; and the Overdone Strengths Portrait, indicating potential overuse of strengths.

​Church Works Ministries offers tailored services to help churches and non-profit organizations grow and thrive. Their approach is built on four foundational principles: Sacred Calling, Volunteer Discipleship, Outreach, and Mission. They provide expertise in areas such as fostering a culture of joyful giving through their Generosity Movement program, enhancing digital design and data management to improve engagement, and designing physical spaces that enhance the guest experience.
