Church leaders are called by God to lead every church’s generation into Gospel mission movement in their ministry context. Leadership development is more than disbursing information, it is personal, intentional and goal oriented. Our desire is to help provide leadership pathways where current leaders develop relationships with those called by God, help them seize their Gospel mission opportunities and spur them to Spirit-led life disciplines that will lead them to fulfill their call to mission.
