Alliance Council 2023 – Accreditation Procedure for Lay Delegates

To make registration effortless for Lay Delegates who are eligible to be accredited delegates at Council, here’s how the process works:

• Church board appoints its lay delegates [per C&MA Manual, p. A2-6, 6.2, A(3)]
• Lay Delegates fill out the form (Download Certificate of Lay Delegate Form) and church returns forms to ASC Office by March 29, 2023
• District authorizes and approves certificates.  Then Events Office adds the names to the master eligibility list, so each delegate may register as an accredited (voting) delegate.
• If a delegate registers at Council and is not authorized prior to Council, the delegate will have to find his/her D.S. to authorize their credentials as an accredited delegate.
